La Formazione come Core Business: Il metodo Comprof incontra l’Università.

È stato un vero onore per Comprof salire in cattedra all’Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II!
Durante il DIGIT Lab, Laboratorio in Didattica Creativa tramite l’uso di Innovazioni Tecnologiche (DiCIT), il nostro General Manager Dario Giordano ha tenuto una testimonianza aziendale per raccontare come l’innovazione, per noi, nasca innanzitutto dalla valorizzazione delle persone.

Al centro dell’intervento la nostra vision strategica, “The Comprof Way”, che punta all’eccellenza continua attraverso 3 pilastri fondamentali:
Eccellenza Operativa: Ottimizzazione dei tempi e dei processi (es. attraverso il nostro File Progress unico).
Eccellenza Strategica: Focus sull’efficacia e crescita del know-how con blocchi temporali e attività di coaching.
Eccellenza Sistemica: Capacità di fare rete e far funzionare l’ecosistema aziendale in perfetta armonia.

Durante la sessione abbiamo condiviso con gli studenti gli strumenti pratici che utilizziamo ogni giorno, come la formazione sul metodo “Chiudere i cerchi” per i Project Manager e i percorsi di Leadership Autentica. Competenze e metodologie che oggi esportiamo in tutto il mondo grazie alla nostra Comprof Academy.

EN – Training as a Core Business: The Comprof Method Meets the University.

It was a true honor for Comprof to take the podium at the University of Naples Federico II!
During the DIGIT Lab, a workshop on Creative Teaching through the use of Technological Innovations (DiCIT), our General Manager Dario Giordano gave a company presentation to explain how, for us, innovation stems first and foremost from valuing people.

At the heart of the presentation was our strategic vision, “The Comprof Way,” which aims for continuous excellence through three fundamental pillars:
Operational Excellence: Optimization of time and processes (e.g., through our unique File Progress system).
Strategic Excellence: Focus on effectiveness and growth of know-how through dedicated time blocks and coaching activities.
Systemic Excellence: The ability to network and ensure the corporate ecosystem functions in perfect harmony.

During the session, we shared with the students the practical tools we use every day, such as training on the “Closing the Circles” method for Project Managers and Authentic Leadership programs. These are skills and methodologies that we now share worldwide through our Comprof Academy.
